Meganet Communications Windows 98 Setup
1. Locate the Icon Network Neighborhood, and right click on it, a menu will appear.
2. Once the menu appears, click on the properties.
3.
In the Network Window locate the component 
,
click on it once and then press the properties button.
4. This will
bring up the TCP/IP Properties window. You will be on a Tab
called
"IP Address" make sure this setting is on "Obtain
and IP Address automatically"
5. Once finished
on the "IP Address Tab" click on the "WINS
Configuration" Tab, make
sure the selection on this tab is "Disable WINS Resolution"
5. Once finished
on the "WINS Configuration" Tab click on the "DNS
Configuration" Tab,
and make sure the selection on this tab is "Disable DNS"
Once these
settings are confirmed press the OK button, if any changes were
made during this process, you may be prompted
to insert a windows 98 cd-rom, or to restart your computer.
